POLICIES

Booking Policy 

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date. Remaing balance is due 48 hours before the event. Dates are not held without a deposit. 

Payment Policy 

We accept Cash, Zelle, Cash App, and card payments. Full payment must be received before any decor is released or installed. 

Cancellation Policy 

Deposits are non-refundable. If you need to cancel, your deposit becomes credit towards a future event within 6 months. Reschedules require 7 days notice. 

Weather

Policy

Outdoor installations are weather-sensitive. Float & Flourish is not responsible for balloons damaged by heat, wind, rain, or extreme temperatures. 

If weather prevents setup, we will work together on: 

- Indoor relocation

- Adjusted design

- Rescheduling (if available) 

Safety

Policy

 

Balloons can pose a chocking hazard. Please keep popped or deflated balloons away from children and pets. Client assumes resposibility once decor is picked up or installed. 

Photo &

Media

 

Float & Flourish may use photos of your balloon installations for social media, website, and portfolio purposes. If you prefer no photos shared, inform us before your event. 

Installation & Setup 

Client must ensure the setup area is clear and accessible. Float & Flourish is not resposible for marks or paint damage caused by adhesives or hooks. Setup time ranges from 45-180 minutes depeding on design.  

Delivery & Pickup 

Delivery fees start at $15-$45 depending on distance. Grab-and-go garlands are available for pickup by request. 
Balloons are temporary decor and may be afftected by heat, cold, sharp objects, or rough handling.
